Join us on December 4th for our Resilient Coders Virtual Demo Day, an opportunity for engineering managers, recruiters, and community allies to connect with the talented software engineers coming out of our Full Stack Fellowship program. Each student will have their own virtual table, and guests will be stopping by throughout the night, sort of like a reversed career fair. There will be four, 15 minute rounds, where each person will do a quick demo of their final full-stack application, followed by a short Q&A from you, the audience.

Agenda:
5:00PM - Networking: The event floor is open for networking
5:30PM - Opening Remarks: Ayanna Lott-Pollard, Executive Director at Resilient Coders
5:45PM – Project Showcase Rounds: We'll have four, 15-minute demo rounds, with a a 5 minute break in between each round

About the Program:
Everyone accepted into this program has navigated an exceptionally competitive selection process, and every graduate of this cohort has completed a rigorous, high-intensity training experience. These software engineers demonstrate strong proficiency in modern JavaScript by building full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Node, Express, Postgres, Jest, and React. They also bring hands-on experience with complex APIs, user authentication, MongoDB, React Native, object-oriented programming, algorithmic problem-solving, and have submitted more pull requests than we can count. They have completed robust professional development workshops, built fully functional portfolios, and gained practical experience working as part of a production engineering team.
